Meet the Girl's of Bake a Cake

Glenda, (owner) has been in the cake decorating business for many years. She has
always had a passion for decorating cakes Making mud pies, selling decorated cakes
for fund raisers at high school, and going to local businesses when she first got
started. Her hard work finally paid off in 1980 when she opened her first shop next to
her house. Although she says she is semi-retired, you can usually find her at the shop
busy as ever. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her grand babies and
family.
Bambi, (manager) has been cake decorating for 16 years. She is the kid of the shop.
Hard worker but loves to play! Kid cakes are her favorite! The more toys to decorate
with the better. She always has a smile and positive words to say. God created a
special angel when he made Bambi.
Jeanne has been working at Glenda's for 8 years. She is the artist of the shop. She
loves challenging her brain with unique wedding cakes and grooms cakes. She
rarely backs down from a challenge.
Melanie has been with Glenda's for 2 years and keeps the shop going.
Multi-tasking is her job. She answers the phone, takes orders and now decorates.
She is a great asset to the business.
Lou does the dirty work and does it well. She has such a talent for making cookie
dough and icing and keeps the shop as clean as possible. We say she has the
hardest job cleaning up after us. We couldn't make it without her!
